How plans work
- Every workspace is on exactly one plan, which applies to everyone in the workspace.
- Paid plans are priced per user: the plan price includes your first user, and each additional user is charged at the plan's per-user price. You choose the number of users when you pay.
- Plans can differ in lead allowance, included features (for example automation or particular integrations) and support level.
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. You approve a card, UPI AutoPay or bank e-mandate once when you first pay.
- Plan contents and prices are reviewed from time to time. The current line-up is always on the pricing page; what your workspace has is always in Billing inside the app.
See exactly what your plan includes
Open Billing in the app. It shows your plan, its status (active, trial, past due), the renewal or trial end date, your lead usage, and every feature and integration included. This is the authoritative source for your account.
Upgrading
Teammates who hit a locked feature can send you an upgrade request from the app; you'll see it in your notifications.
Adding or removing users
Your paid plan allows as many active users (and pending invitations) as the users you paid for. To add people mid-period, open Billing → Add users: you pay only for the days left in the current period, and the new seats then renew with your plan.
Your next automatic renewal includes the new users. If you pay by card this happens on its own; for UPI AutoPay or a bank e-mandate, Billing asks you to approve the renewal again for the new number of users — nothing extra is charged until the renewal date.
To reduce users, deactivate the people who no longer need access, then in Billing set the lower number of users on your current plan and choose Renew for … users. The change applies from your next renewal. Paid seats are not refunded part-way through a period.
Free trials
New paid-plan workspaces receive a 14-day trial without a card. Billing shows the trial end date. A subscription starts only after verified payment; trial expiry alone does not authorize a charge. If you approve automatic renewal during the trial, the first subscription payment is scheduled for its end. The gateway may process a separate authorization payment. If you have not subscribed when the trial ends, paid CRM access stops. Your data is retained, and Billing and support remain available. The separate inactivity retention policy still applies.
Downgrading
Choose a lower plan in Billing, or cancel so the current period ends without renewing. Things to know:
When a feature is locked
Locked features show a crown and an Upgrade prompt that names the lowest plan including it. Admins can upgrade straight from the prompt; others can request an upgrade.
